BOOKING Terms & Conditions 

Our artists can’t wait to hear your #INKPLAY tattoo ideas.

But FIRST, please be sure to read and fully understand the following~

By booking a tattoo consultation OR appointment, 

you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to the process – 

based on policy outlined in the FAQ information and the following ~

ALL tattoo appointments require a  NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

$50

You will lose your deposit if you:

  • booked for a minor (under 18 years of age)
  • fail to complete required tattoo consent at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
  •  are a no-show to your consultation or tattoo appointment
  • fail to follow your artist's outlined consultation or appointment preparation instructions
  • fail to arrive on time (15+ minutes late to ANY consultation or appointment)
  • fail to reschedule your appointment with your artist at least 48 hours in advance
  • cancel or decide you no longer want to get tattooed for ANY reason

Please understand there are NO refunds on deposits of ANY increment. 

If you do not get tattooed, your deposit becomes a consultation and drawing fee.

Tattoo final cost will be based on idea, style & placement and decided/ agreed on by the artist and #INKPLAY client. 

Once final cost is decided there is no additional fee unless potential circumstance is outlined, discussed, & noted in consultation.
